Turn your skills and talents into a source of income using seller levels. If you promote your Services, ensure that your customers are satisfied, deliver on time, and maintain high-quality services and good ratings, you can achieve a new (and higher) level status.
Your seller level is based on your monthly performance. As mentioned above, your superb service, a high buyer satisfaction rate, and constant on-time deliveries will earn you a top-level status on Uork, helping you get more traffic and orders.
Level 1 – Uorker
This is where everything begins.
When you create a Service on Uork, you will be automatically ranked as a Uorker.
To move up to Level 2 quickly, we encourage you to deliver your best work and service.
This is achieved by receiving positive reviews, completing a set amount of orders on time and with no cancellations, and not receiving any account warnings.
As a New Uorker, you’ll get to:
- Create up to 5 active Services
Active Services include both your published and unpublished Services. - Withdraw your earnings after 14 days
What you are charged:
- Free registration (no monthly fee)
- -10% commission from every completed job
Level 2 – Verified Uorker
In order to reach Level 2 status and be able to apply as a Verified Uorker, there are a few simple requirements you need to meet:
- You have completed, at least, 5 orders (all time, review rating doesn’t matter)
- You have received no warnings over 30 days
Got what’s required above? Good! You can now apply as a Verified Uorker!
What you get as Verified Uorker:
- Verification Badge (Boosts customer’s trust)
- You can now List up to 10 active services
- You can now create custom offers
What you are charged:
- 1.00€/monthly subscription
- -10% commision from every completed job
Level 3 – Pro Uorker
Level 3 status is not easy to achieve, but the rewards are certainly worth the extra effort.
As a Level 2 Pro Uorker, you’ll get to:
- Create Unlimited number of Services
Active Services include both your published and unpublished Services. - Add Unlimited optional Extra Services (Power-ups) along the main Service
- Get the Pro Uorker Badge (Greatly improves the chance of aquiring new customers.)
- Create Custom Offers
- Enjoy priority Customer Support
- Withdraw your earnings after 14 days
In order to reach Level 3 status and be able to get registered as Pro, there are a few requirements you need to meet:
- You must be an active seller for at least 120 days.
- You must have completed at least 10 orders (all time)
- 8 of the completed orders must have 5 star reviews.
- A minimum of 500€ in earnings is required.
- You have received no warnings over 30 days.
- Chance to be featured in the Top Rated Seller Homepage section!
What you are charged:
- 10€/monthly subscription
- -10% commission from every completed job
